On Android Wear AutoVoice allows you to use both visual and audio responses. As you can see in the video you can set response cards, but you can also show lists and other customized responses!
Android Auto
On Android Auto only audio responses are allowed so that you’re not distracted when driving. But since this is Tasker we’re talking about you can still do anything you want in the background, like in the video example where a list of headlines is read, giving the user the choice to store each for later if they want to. đ
